Circular Shelving Unit

This unique circular shelving unit is created by designer Roderick Vos for the dutch company linteloo. The design is something really simple and functional, and I love this idea. Because of the design of this shelf it fits very well in the corner of the living room and can be spun around to access the books in the back. It will be on-view at the salone del mobile next month.  [via Designboom]

Myfotowall - Turns Your Photographs Into Wallpaper

Have you ever thought your favourite digital photographs can be turned into wallpaper for a room in your house? Today I’ve found an interesting website Myfotowall that offers this really amazing technology that can help you make your perfect wallpaper with your photographs. The photo-wall covering would be awesome, but the price is a bit steep. Around £45.00 per square metre. It might not sound too bad for a piece of art, but the inks are only meant to last for 3 years without fading.  [via Redferret]

“Fullmoon” Sideboard Furniture

This “Fullmoon” sideboard furniture is a really awesome design, and I don’t know how nobody thought at this until now. “Fullmoon” is designed by Sotirios Papadopoulos and produced by ENNEZERO. By using ecological paint (ELI ecolightinside), the “Fullmoon” sideboard furniture has the ability to create special effects in the dark. ELI comes from a special ecological powder and covers the furniture. I like the fact that it gives this extra touch in darkness, even if it’s already so beautifull in daylight. The “Fullmoon” sideboard furniture will be on-view at the SOHO temporary gallery in Milan during the “dEMOsign” exhibition.  [via Yatzer]

Bookshelf with Unique Shape - Laica

Laica is an creative storage design for your books from designer Francesco Innocenti. This bookshelf is something that I didn’t saw before and will impress anyone. As you can see from the pictures the design has unique and modern shape. Available in six colors, the bookshelf Laica is refinished in glossy lacquer or soft-touch effect and can be a good decoration when not in using. Personally I love this design, but if you have a lot of books to store Laica is not for you, this bookshelf is just for books that you daily read.

Letters Furniture by Set26

Designed by the Swiss company Set26, these pieces of furniture are original and fantastic. A full set of 26 letters, as well as a + and full stop, is designed as functional and aesthetic furniture. Freely adaptable to any surroundings, these letters are storage devices or partitions, emphasising and characterising a room. Personally I love these designs and they would be good choices for those who want pieces of furniture to look good or original.  [via Ohjoy]
