The Cargo Scooter Concept

Elliot Ortiz, an industrial design student from San Francisco has designed a modern cargo scooter around the cargo itself. The problem with traditional scooters is that they have no cargo space. So the purpose of this attractive design, thought the designer is to create much more luggage space for the scoot people. With its large capacity for storage and a “Drive by Wire” tank-style steering system, it can carry up to “one whole crapload of junk.”

A hospital themed restaurant in Riga, Latvia

Named “Hospitalis”, it is a hospital themed restaurant in Riga, Latvia. The restaurant looks like a medicine cabinet, while you are treated as a patient and taken good care by the long-legged waitresses in nurses uniforms. The food is served in flasks and operating-room’s dishes, and customers can be tied up in straight jackets.

Nikon D3 Cut In Half, Awesome!

When I first saw these pictures, I was left without words. Awesome! The Tokyobling blog showed these interesting shots of a Nikon D3 and 14-24 Nikkor lens cut in half for a display at December’s Tokyo Eco Products convention.
