Created by Chishen Chiu, a Taiwanese furniture designer, the Flexiblelove is furniture that made from recycled cardboard and post-industrial wood waste, and features a unique honeycomb construction allowing each piece to be stretched to various lengths and shapes. The 2010 real Google Calendar from Gigazine. As the calendar was created by Google Japan,  the events and the Google logos for each month refer to Japanese events, themes or culture. January features a Year Of The Tiger logo, May shows the traditional koi kites of Children’s Day and September alludes to Respect For The Aged Day. The Real Google Calendar measures 30cm (12 inches) wide by 21cm (8.5 inches) tall.

Siemens and artist Michael Pendry created “the world’s biggest revolving Christmas star” in Münich, Germany. Amazing and magical! 9,000 LEDs were superglued to a wind turbine in just under two weeks. It uses as much energy as a hair dryer. The city of Münich will keep up the Christmas Star until the Day of Ephiphany on Januray 6, which is the last official day of the Christmas season. I’ve never seen a lantern like this so huge. It’s called the XXXLamp by Belgian designer Bart Lens who got idea from a Chinese lantern. Measuring 12 feet wide and 63 inches deep, Eden Design claim it is the largest lamp in production. My favourite versions is those paintings inside it leads us into a more beautiful world.
