A Giant Makita Drill Consists of 20,081 Holes
Makita turned to advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi, in order to promote the fact that Makita drills are high-precision power tools. They drilled over 20.000 holes into a wall to create a huge black and white image of a Makita drill. To create the orrect tones, the distances between the holes had to be very carefully calculated.
