Boeing interiors engineer Steve Sauer spend 7-years turning a 182-square-foot basement condo into a 3-level living space. This small but efficient dwelling includes two beds, a 37″ TV, a bathroom with shower and even a bonus soaking tub underneath a panel in the hallway, a kitchen with working dishwasher, and storage for 2 bikes.
