that is cruel! look at how uncomfortable the dog is. and the purpose of walking the dog is for it to get exercise

This is horrible, poor dog. It must feel so uncomfortable, this is not right at all. The dog, I think may be a West Highland Terrier or shortly know as a ‘Westie’. The dog won’t feel right being supported while the lady’s legs are moving either because he’ll get bumped around. It would not get any exercise and will not be able to ‘go’.
It’s just cruelty, pure cruelty.
