A noble idea for females to avoid damping underpants after a piss which is unhygenic. Ther is a need to more R&D on it to make thing more easier to carry and dispose of. These itmes could be placed in female toilets as an optional gadget. As modern females are generally dressed in geans the gadget should be convenient for use only after opening the zip like the males.
