As you can see from this map of the USA showing where McDonalds outlets are, they are almost everywhere! McDonald’s cluster at the population centers and hug the highway grid. East of the Mississippi, there’s wall-to-wall coverage, except for a handful of meager gaps centered on the Adirondacks, inland Maine, the Everglades, and outlying West Virginia. Via

Roomba Art, a Flickr group who make long-exposure photographs of their iRobot Rhoomba robot vacuum cleaners zipping around their rooms. Some of these photos are up to 30 minutes or more long. Another thing that some of the photographers have do is to make sure there are some dirty spots so that the Rhoomba will make some special little spots. The light is very bright compared with everything else which is why, even thought it’s moving, you can still see it. You can see the room because it was there for the whole long minute exposure. Brilliant Work!

The document lamp by Gabriella Crohn, is a table lamp that without a lampshade. There are two concentric metal hoops on the upper part of the lamp, so we can place documents, receipts, memos and other paper files inside to create a lampshade. While it is neither diffcult assemble nor a lengthy project, it may take some time to collect enough x-rays.
